Hi everyone. This is the first time I've ever been online in a forum ever so I hope this all works. Now then, I'm on the verge of finishing my Canadian silver maple leave set from 1988-2012 all mint sealed. I know that online they say that years 88-08 all came mint sealed and then they came in the tubes. According to the mint, These later dates could be mint sealed upon request by the customer. Can anyone confirm that they are all out there? I do have a 2010 and 2012 mint sealed so I'm assuming that there are but it seems that I cant find 2007 - 2009 mint sealed and I was also wondering if during that time period if they actually didnt mint seal them at all and I'm chasing a false dream of a complete and full set. Thank-you

Welcome! Although I'm new here too.I'm a little curious how the sealed 2010 and 2012 SML look like? Is there a RCM logo on the mylar? Are they regular SML or with privy marks?

They are the same as all the other sealed silver maples. No privy. And yes the mylar packaging do bear the exact same RCM logo as all the other mint sealed coins of previous years. I dont have a picture sorry to show you.
Rest in Peace

Thanks, biggfredd.

Very interesting, samsnate. I cannot find any individually sealed SML after they came in tubes.

yep, the mylar has the RCM emblem as well as RCM on them.

I currently have the wildlife series in sheets of 10 sealed, as well as the 2010 vancouver olympics maples sealed in sheet of 10.

My LCS sells the wildlife series sealed, although with a $3 premium on top of the premium already charged over maples. I finally collected enough to get the cougars sealed, but at ~$40 a pop, I'mi not sure if its worth it. Haven't seen enough evidence of sealed maples going for more than maples in tubes.

WEll... I found my 07 and 08 silver maples. The 2009 and 2011 still has never been seen by me. Can anyone confirm my original posts question? Thank-you. CHEERS!

@ vinnycoin

Are you saying that you can bring your coins to the mint and have them actually seal them up?
