I just purchased a Cherry Pickers Guide and was looking through my Morgans. I have 5 1921 D's and 3 of the 5 have these cracks or lines around the edges. I am wondering if this is the VAM-1H variety. I am a little sceptical since I have 3 of them, not to mention all these years not even knowing I did.

So if they are rare, what does this do to the value? All my 1921 D morgans are EF-40 to AU -50 (my best guess).

Hope the pics are detailed enough.

THANKS!

VAM-1P, I think:

Not particularly rare, but among the more striking of the 1921-D cracked dies, and that's goin' some.
