The Hungarian 1963 2 filler is way off center and the Fiji 1936 1d is only slightly offset.

Both happened at the mint; the first is pretty nice! I have a Belgium 1920 5c with a second off-center hole--confirmed by Mike Diamond as a mint error.

nice coin !

I have also the overdate. But I like the clipped planchet error. I believe is a extra (centre)hole wrongly punched for the next coin.
