I posted this coin almost two years ago and said that I would post new pictures when I got a new camera. I got a new camera last year sometime, but had completely forgot about the thread so I never posted new pictures.

This coin really looks MS to me. The dark area around the rim is actually a very dark blue toning (Which can be seen in some of the pictures)

Here are my original scans of the coin. (They show the detail a bit better)

Here are the new pictures I took a lot to try and capture the luster, and toning on the coin.

The first 2 scans make it look EF* (didnt mean to put VF) but then the other scans AU to a low MS

The first pictures look like VF but then the second set are EF to AU. I can't tell how many water lines there are. Nice coin.

Hmmm? ... looks like an Extra Fine, with a big greasy finger-print on half of it!

Oh, I never noticed that. I never actually touched the face of the coin with my hands, I was holding the rim and the angle, made it look like my thumb is on the coins.
