Can someone tell me how many degrees this penny is rotated had to look at it a dozen times and compare and it is defenitly rotated by how many degrees I do not know some help please.

Can't give you a specific number, but doesn't appear to be enough to bring a premium

I just found one tonight with about that degree of rotation. It is pretty slight, but definitely there. I'm also curious if it is worth anything. Or if it is not enough of an error.

I'd say 10-15 degrees. The rotated die website I use is interested only in coins with 90 degrees or more rotation if that helps.

There is a rotated die site with a checker . They are pretty common which I figured out after a handful ,most coins seem to have slight rotation to me and I won't thiink they have a premium, but 93 d and 94s I always look for heavy rotation

Minor rotations like that (~10 degrees) aren't worth a premium. They must be at least 90 degrees. Check out this cool site on them:
