On the 6th of this month I made a purchase on e-bay I paid with a Money Order and even considering the weather I feel like it should be here. The seller wrote me and want's me to wait an another 31 day's and then notify him so WE? can file for it as The item was 31.00 plus a few bucks shipping and a couple bucks insurance. I paid the highest round off number at 37.00 instead of the 36 and some change. Is it wrong for me to write him and tell him I will give it until friday if I do not have it by then I will file Item not received through e-bay? Or a full 37.00 dollar refund. I do not like doing thing's like that. I am fair in all way's on and off of e-bay. What do you think am I wrong for sending the letter to him like that? Or do you think it is only fair? yuk yuk I hate situation's like this and do not like being put on the spot. ***input please** seller's name not disclosed....

IMO you should expect to receive all your purchases within any two-week period. But I have noticed my January deliveries have not been as snappy as I have been accustomed to.

With New Years, MLK day and the Ford remembrance, the USPS has had a lot of down time. Plus, I bet they get a lot of vacation takers after the Christmas rush. On top of the that, there has been some really bad weather in the middle of the country.

I would give it another week at the very least before raising the temperature with the seller.
