First of all I cant grade world coins well. Second of all the Krause I have only goes back to 1901. Could someone help grade these for me and give an approx value? Also are these silver?

I don't have my Krause handy and I'm not that good at grading these, but they are made of copper-nickel and not silver. I would check NGC's world catalog for book value and ebay to see what the current market value is.
