Does this look like a 74-s small date. The nice and the seven are the same length and the four looks to be the right size. Coin is in BU condition, almost proof state.Any help will be appreciated.

That cent is not BU and it is not almost proof state, it is a Proof coin. All 1974-S proofs were large dates.

Hi wquinn, thank you for the flowers, but I have not been able to find any really good DDs except for a dozen of the lincoln six fingers, but I dont think they will be worth much due to being so many of them out there. I know this 1974 looked to good to be true. Thanks again. Nice to have you here . Lee
