After second look I'm not sure on this one, but know nothing about the series. The barber you posted is definitely fake though. At 13.00 though this is what one would expect when buying these, so maybe it's real

IMHO it looks genuine. Just worn, as compared to 1935 WLH
in CCF coin facts column on left.

Looks legit to me and purchasing this for just a little over spot seems reasonable as well.
