Just found this 1946s is that a die clash of Lincoln on reverse the whole area is raised and the same size as obverse.

Die-Clash-Or-Not?

And is this common, uncommon or rare?

It's not a die clash, it has something to do with a worn out die. It is common.

someone posted a coin with a similar silhouette on the reverse. I went out on a limb and called it a clash. one of the experts (clearly not me), explained that it was for a very late state worn die, and referred to it a "ghosting"
