I guess they finally realized they were losing market to ANACS and NGC for not saying such things? But yes, the "edge" holder also looked... well, not quite right? It could read PCGS Genuine Cleaning meaning that PCGS cleaned it. And not only cleaned it but gave it a GUNUINE CLEANING too. Also, just what does F Details mean? Frosted? Faked? Forgotten?
