Hi,
Thanks to all the people who replied, and yes I wrong it's PCGS not PCSG! I didn't mention the MS69 thing because I didn't realise it was important as I didn't know what it meant! I have now looked it up and I realise it's the grade with MS70 being highest (I hope I've got that right!)
I bought them over the years because they were signed by Lance, not really understanding who the PCGS were. I do know that only a limited number were made of each year, and that some years are more rare than others, this is based on the ones that come up for sale. I paid between $100 and $150 each for them but that was when they were released. I do know that some years never seem to come up for sale and I've never seen a complete set, so collectors must be keeping their hands on them.
I did believe though that PCGS and Lance Armstrong did officially create the series, this is based on the PCGS website. Any ideas as some posts suggest they didn't?
As for Lance's popularity in Europe, he is an unknown in the UK really as cycling is not a popular at all (when I've bought Lance memorabilia in the past, I've got a big collection, people at work have said "wasn't he the first man on the moon" I kid you not!)
As for the rest of Europe he is pretty unpopular because he made their so called stars look very ordinary, that's why they continually accused him of doping, it was just jealousy. I go to Paris every year for the final stage, including his seven victories and even when he returned and rode his last tour in 2010, when the cheating,(and now striped of his title won) Spaniard won, it was still mainly the non mainland European and US fans that were cheering the loudest.

(one for each of his seven yellow jersey's !
