There is a paper tag which states: Banaras 1/4 Anna 1796.
The script is Indic. It is 26.5 mm, copper, thin.
Is this a half or full Pice ?

If it is indeed 1/4 anna then it should be a full paisa.

A cyptic coin for me...I google searched and found this at Baldwins Auctions - Bengal Pice.
looks similiar but can not read script. Here is the Baldwin Pice compare it to my coin.
