Yes, the heart logo fits 1815 better, as those were produced during British occupation, 1811 - 1816. I would agree, though with Sander on authenticity. Even though the coins were pretty crude, the words, the letters, and the numbers usually stayed together. Looks like this piece was produced by a person not really familiar with the Latin alphabet and Western Arabic numerals. 8 and 5 in the date are butchered, JAVA is all over the place with J upside down ...
I think the piece was made locally and probably is contemporary.
