Per your suggestion I have just received the Van Allen/ Mallis book on Morgan and Peace dollars. It confirms one thing, I really don't know much about this hobby. But, look out cause I'm dangerous now. A rookie with a little knowledge. Jim

You're more than welcome, Jim. You should've seen my jaw drop when I first cracked that book. I just got a couple of Krause books, and it happened all over again.

The Encyclopedia of morgan and peace vams can be very very overwhelming until you get used to using it then it becomes a invaluable tool for searching and studying Morgans (not sure how well it is on Peace dollars but I would imagine it is just as precious of material on them as well) Just remember if you ever need anything even if its a second pair of eyes to confirm what you have already attributed yourself thats what we are here for and heck its what some of us come here for so do not hesitate to ask any questions that may arise just because you have the book doesn't mean you have all the answers
