It doesn't look like there is any wear, although the pictures are kind of small. I would say MS-62

The obverse appears to be MS62. The Rev. of 78 variety is under rated in my opinion.

agree technically a 62, but a weak strike for a CC, IMO, and a couple rim dings. Personally I would keep looking.

It is really hard to tell but it looks like MS62 or could be 63. Cant really tell from the pics. Either way I would have a hard time paying that much for a coin that wasn't in a high grade slab. I am thinking it will go for upwards of $600.

Thanks guys I think you are right I will keep looking. I am looking for a raw coin that will grade out at 64 or better down the road, so I think i'll pass.

my guess is MS-61-62, I think there are a few to many hits on the cheek to have a good MS-62 but can see it maybe slipping by, I would not be surprised at a MS-61 from the TPG's though
