Bought this in a lot today, it was in a flip marked India Bull and Horseman, but I cant seem to find it in any of my krause guides. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

If it's a "bull and horseman" jital, then you definitely won't find them in Krause. They date from the late first and early second millennium, roughly AD 750-1200.

I'm having trouble spotting either the bull or horseman on your coin, but then, if it's a later issue, that shouldn't be too surprising. This is one of those long-running coin series where the design gradually got more and more stylized over time. But I'm seeing some similarities between your coin and the bottom coin in this old thread. This even older thread shows three of my jitals, from early, middle and late in the period, which neatly show the degradation in design.
