I am trying to get some grading advice on this. I know that no water line makes a difference. Ideas here on water lines and overall condition?

Thanks

I am guessing at least MS-60 but the photo shows there is absolutely no mint lustre...no idea about the water lines...

I agree with War Nickel, I would peg it an AU58 to MS60. Some distracting marks on the obverse.

I agree with AU-58 MS60,too many marks and a rim ding for anything higher,I think there's still lustre left it's just toned over.
