I am new to this so I have no idea if the coin I have is worth anything. It is a 1930 Uk penny, it has on the back side a man sitting in what looks like a wheel chair and holding a pitch fork, the front has king george. Is there any value?

Welcome to the forum! This is a VERY addictive and interesting hobby......
Regarding that coin, your local library may have a copy of World Coin Values by Krause (hope that is spelled right)...and you can look it up there and find out its value, if you have time...
Perhaps somebody here has a book handy?

While I cannot help on value, the man on the back is a woman -- Britannia to be precise -- holding her shield and spear.
