I'm most familiar with lincoln cents and have researched the major variety errors on the State Quarters, but I haven't ran across this one that you see on the new hampshire. It appears that something was present during the cladding pcess, but to see it in such a perfect round, it's out of my expertise. The oregon appears to have partial cladding. I have weighed them both and nothing other than a gram to half a gram shy of the correct weight. Any thoughts will be most appreciated.

Looks like stains/discoloration. You can see the silver clad through the chocolate milk. LOL

The top one looks like a sticker was removed. The bottom looks like a thin clad area.
