@montgomery- the 1989's Doubled Dies are subtle. Look at the last "9"...Notice that the very top part is half as thick as the base of the 9...

All four numbers are thicker then normal.

ERTY looks thick and part of TRUST does too. I was mainly going by the MM placement.

I definitely see thickness in the 9...I'm probably missing so many even looking through a loupe!
