Just wanted to give everyone here an update in case you didnt see it on the roll hunting section ( which I totally didnt know was there when I started this thread, so thank-you all for you advice and comments and holding my hand and getting me started)

So It's been a week since is started roll hunting. Yep, took the plunge from bullion collecting to roll searching. So far in 1 week (Actually 9 days) I have searched through 160 rolls of dimes and 70 rolls of quarters and have found 7 silver dimes . 1-1963 2-1967 and 4-1968. Found 4 of those 7 in 2 rolls today, not a bad day . Averaging 1 silver for every 33 rolls. You think that's not bad? Actually if we ommit the quarters since I didnt find any yet, it works out that I found 1 silver for every 23 rolls searched. AND I found a 1970 dime, which is somewhat low mintage...so I'm told. Hehe...I looked it up and it's the 4th lowest mintage year since like 1930. Thank-you ALL again for all your help, you can follow me on twitter @ http://www. Haha,,j/k I dont do twitter. See you in the other forum! CHEERS!

1 silver every 33 rolls isn't bad at all. I would definitely be happy with that. I'd be happy with 1 per box (50 rolls)

"Im guessing you Deal with RBC sometimes other banks may have shrink wrapped like HSBC but when I go to TD all I get is customer rolls."

I have got quite a few mint rolls from TD, including 6 bison rolls, and 9 Orca rolls

Really? because when I went to my TD and asked for mint rolls just for the bison and Orcas they told me that they DO NOT receive rolls form the mint and that they only deal in customer rolls.. Although she did say sometimes just sometimes they will order rolls form other banks if needed. That may have been the case for you. PS I still cant find any Bison rolls, ALL ORCA here in Vancouver. I think I may be a bit to late to try and find the bison ones...

^ Too bad you are all the way in Vancouver. I beleive that I still have a roll or two. It would cost more than they are worth just in shipping.
