Ok, I have this postal note. Not my sort of thing but I've kept it since I purchased a collection maybe five years ago. I've been told by one person that it's worth about $50 & by another that it's worth about $300...who does one believe?
Do you think I should be grading it the same way a note should be graded?
It was purchased during WWII which may have some bearing about it.
Anyone got anything to add?

They grade War Savings Certificate the same as Notes so I would assume the same standards would be used for these.
As for pricing,no idea sorry.
