, happtnwillin!

Never heard of them. I would guess they're trying to get people to confuse them with NGC. I would almost guarantee their ms70 wouldn't get that grade from one of the big three.

Probably some basement grader trying to make money by selling whatever he can 5 points higher than what it should be...

But I have also had MS/PF 70's from PCGS and NGC that were clearly not MS/PF70

I was curious about this National Guaranteed Authentication Company (NGA) so I went checking around in other coin forums.

I must say finding any information on this coin grading company is not an easy task, red flag #1. I did find several references to NGA in various coin forums all asking this exact same question, red flag #2. I finally came upon this quote from the moderator of another forum Red Flag #3:

Quote:
NGA is another ebay seller who grades his own coins. I will not give names, but he buys holders from, along with many others, the man who owns the basement slabbing service on ebay called NAC.

I admit, I know nothing about this operation called NGA, but I would almost certainly not purchase anything with an NGA certification unless I could view the coin in-hand. Just be careful, OK.
