I'm not a very good mind reader. Also, what's special about a coin to one person, might be a different reason to another. Although, I'm going to try by attributing the coin to get as many facts about the coin as I know how at this current stage in my learning about ancient Roman Imperial coins.
Constans, AE2. Thessalonica. D N CONSTA-NS P F AVG, pearl diademed, draped, cuirassed bust right, holding globe. / FEL TEMP RE-PARATIO, soldier facing left, spearing fallen horseman who is bare-headed, forwards, on hands and knees. Shield to the right, on ground near the rear of fallen horse. Mintmark TS gamma star. RIC VIII Thessalonica 116.
This coin could be a AE2 or a AE3, depending on what your coin measures. The face of Constans looks rather crude, probably was that way after leaving the mint. The details while slightly worn on the reverse is really nice. I also like the color of the coin, assuming that it's close to in-hand.
