i no its kind of hard to see in the picture but it kind of looks like it was sqished kind of or. when the rim was made it was damaged I am wondering if this is a defect and if it adds any value to the coin there is a little bit of markings on the other side same spot also

On the reverse what is the condition of the rim. Is the rim fully intact.
It could be a mint error coin (looks like one to me) but I'm also interested in what other forum members have to say.
