This is the Type II (bonnet/pyramid) William I penny. You should probably send this in to be graded. This one in about the same condition sold for 1150 pounds or $1830. If real, yours is probably worth around that much.:
I can't be sure but the mint may be Oxford (I wish there was a bigger image of the reverse), then it would be more common than the York issued one in the auction, therefore less valuable.
