Attached is a scan of a uniface 21mm diameter copper or bronze token that I acquired about 20 years ago. As you will see it has an Arabic inscription but I have no idea what it is or where it comes from. Someone did once tell me that one of the words was "Larnaca" suggesting it might be from Cyprus under Turkish rule, but whether this is true or not I have no idea.

I would welcome any suggestions or comments please
