Need Help With Date On Jap50-Sen

I have a nice Japanese 50-SEN, from Hirohito rule. The first image shows two phoenix, with the vertical writing being the value and denomination. The second image shows a sunburst in the center flanked by cherry blossoms. The date is located on the bottom. Unforchantly I do not read Japanese and can not decipher the date, nor can I identify any indicating marks that would reveal the exact date. Any addition information would be most welcomed and the answers to the date would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
