100$ "it is pretty old and its has alot of wear and marks that makes the coin even more rare"

What? Am I missing something here? I guess if a coin is almost worn down to nothing it makes it worth more? I better get to selling all my Barber quarters!

There is no such thing as a 1924 Morgan dollar and I haven't looked at the CL ad but if that is what it is then it has to be fake as they never minted any Morgans after 1921

Edit: I just looked at it, what they are saying is all bogus, it having wear and marks doesn't make it worth more or even more rare. I have no idea what it is worth since I don't really collect Peace dollars but I just wanted to say either they are trying to con the unknowing or just do not know the facts about coins themself

In certain instances that is a true statement. Just look at the prices that some of the prices that some of the certified PO-1 morgans bring. There does not appear to be anything special with this coin and is probably worth no where close to what the seller is asking.
