I'd call it a 'nice fine with reverse deposits or encrustation'. To be VF a coin needs a complete laurel wreath outline (fine details in individual leaves not required but the edges need to separate from the hair). When a coin has a glaring fault like that uneven black stuff o the reverse, it needs to be mentioned so most ancient coins need a sentence for grading rather than a couple letters.

Thanks!This coin was found by my friend when we was metal detecting befoure 2 days but he dont collect coin and he want to sell it.Can you how much he can get?

It's a nice enough coin for sure. I see Trajan coins of lesser quality starting at auction around $39. And usually end up much more than that.
