I'd call it a 'nice fine with reverse deposits or encrustation'. To be VF a coin needs a complete laurel wreath outline (fine details in individual leaves not required but the edges need to separate from the hair). When a coin has a glaring fault like that uneven black stuff o the reverse, it needs to be mentioned so most ancient coins need a sentence for grading rather than a couple letters.
