On wildwinds a similar coin is shown but I do not think it is exact: http://wildwinds.com/coins/ric/faus...icka_139.txt What do you think? Faustina? I know this one is in rough shape so I am not sure there will be an exact attribution but I am hoping to at leat nail down who is on the coin. Report this Post to the Staff

Bing Pillar of the Community United States 4253 Posts	Posted 03/10/2012 4:35 pm It doesn't look like either of the Faustina's to me. The hair style is wrong. I haven't dug into it very deeply as yet, but to me the hairstyle looks more like Julia Domna or Julia Maesa. Also, is this a provincial coin? The reverse makes me think it might be.
