Quarter-sanity continues. This one features a curved hairline scratch near Washington's eye that is on the lens- so don't be thrown by that.

Is this mint set toning or AT? Is this mint state or G-08? YOU DECIDE!

Hint: This is not in an SGS MS-70 holder.

Would SGS down grade this to MS69?

But seriously, That is an awesome toner! I would guess this to be MS66 with exceptional eye appeal.

66 is right, that nick on the neck is the grade limiting factor. love the color on this guy.

I'm gonna say MS66, I do see some minor marks but they are not significant or distracting. Looks like mint set toning to me.
