A little beat up, but here is an 1869 Indian Head cent from my Dad's collection. He has been watching over me from above. Any opinions on what this coin would grade?

Thanks Dad,
Brian

It looks to be of XF details with many scratches and corrosion.

That's a nice 69 and worth a bit of money. It looks XF but I would love to see it out of its flip and a really good close up of the date. A 69/9 is worth a lot. Some of the scratches look like they're on the flip.

Some of the hairlines appear to be on the plastic--they're too reflective to be on the coin and don't deviate when they cross devices. EF details

Some the scratches are on the casing. I will estract it this week and take another picture. I did a close-up of the 1869, but my camera is limited on the macro side.
