Does any one know what the "K" means on Byzantine follis of Alexandretta?

I am not well versed in Byzantine coins, but I believe the "K" denotes the denomination of the coin, which, in this case, would be 20 nummi.

M = 40
K = 20
I = 10
E = 5

If it has a large "K" on it, then it's a half-follis, not a follis.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
