I found this while going through world coins and I have no idea what it is. It has the same obv and rev but they're about 10 degrees off from being medal axis.

Don't know maybe an old casino chip , but it looks like silver. Try the magnet test on it.

Yes I agree that it looks like silver and it isn't magnetic but it doesn't ring like silver does.

Diameter? Weight in grams? That can be helpful for identification.

It has a diameter of 22mm and it weights 4.8 grams.

I agree that chances are it's a token and great to know it's sizable to half pennies (thanks for the info!)

I wish I knew what kind of token though
