What is the right "buy" price on a set of these in OGP? I have checked on ebay a d the few sales I see are all mover the board or are usually just for the Robert Kennedy coin and not the set.

When I buy sets like this, I check around a see what a good price for me would be.

Grey sheet (CDN) has it as $180.00 ask
Coins by bobby has it as $210.00 (current price on his site)

And of course I keep watching ebay.

I I can find them near or under greysheet .. I go for it ..
if it looks like it is in good shape/grade.

I bought the set that had my avatar coin .. from a member
on this site. Sorry I can't remember what I paid for it.

The best way to find the best price is shop around. Also, look at completed ebay sales to get an idea on prices that it sold for.
