Hmmm, perhaps a wee bit of "restoration" is in order? and then submission to a TPG.?

A bit out of my expertise, but a good thought. I'm not sure who does restorations though.

Just search "document restoration services" and go from there.

OR....

You can talk to some of the big currency players (or auction companies) at a coin show and ask them. There have been plenty of damaged rare pieces of currency "fixed" over the years.

Nice note and definitely worth fixin' !

You found all of the first lot at a bank today? That '74 $100 NY star might have a tiny premium, but I'd bet there aren't many collectors of the common circulated stars in this series.

yep the 1934 is my oldest bank finds so far I go every Friday one of the teller found a red seal 5 dollar from the 60s but kept it for himself
