I've posted these before but since the topic went in the direction of FRBN stars I thought I'd post them again for those who may not have seen them.

Great notes, with a low original print run of just 24K.

Most (not all) mid-grade FRBN stars of all denominations and districts are fairly scarce, but don't fetch a great deal of money due to a small collector base. FRBNs in general are perennial sleepers and probably always will be.

I tend to agree with coinfrog. Quite a few of the FRBN stars have surfaced over the last several years making many of them readily available in mid-grades. High grades have always been elusive.

Not the rarest note, but one that I was missing from my fractionals set. Unfortunately, there is a large tape mark on the reverse.

Eyeballing this one for a long time and finally found one that had the level of eye appeal I want at a price that won't upset my wife.

Haven't posted in a while... Second $20 known from this bank. Less than 10 notes from all denominations known on this bank. Around 15 red seal $20 notes known from the entire state of Virginia. Most recent sale of the other $20 known from this bank is graded F15 and sold for $2,185 in 2010.
