That would be high serial numbers, probably on 1 dollar bills since they are often overlooked by bank strap hunters. I have never seen an uncut bill before, even though they look perfectly normal once cut and put into circulation. I'm just wondering, since the 1 dollar bill is the easiest to get in bulk to search through. Report this Post to the Staff

There is no rhyme or reason to the way most of these notes were cut. You see some of it all. Quality control was not the strong suit during this era. Report this Post to the Staff
