All I can tell you is what I am finding trying to research the note. mangemesjambes I am not an expert but I am not finding any reference to $1,000,000 bills. Google tells me the following. I apologize if I am incorrect.
The highest bill ever printed, however, was a $100,000 note that was printed from December 18, 1934 to January 9, 1935. It was used for transactions between Federal Reserve Banks. President Woodrow Wilson was pictured on the front.

For the real collector the 100.000 GC bill is only as a pair with consecutive Numbers interesting.  Edited by hajduk

 mangemesjambes but none of the 100,000 bills ever made it in the hands of an individual. These were heavily controlled / monitored and each and every one has been accounted for many decades ago. I hope you didn't pay a lot for what you purchased. |

Thanks Techwriter and Coinfrog.  My guess is he was just typing a quick note to himself as he typed "F". vs "FR" and didn't bother with the a at the end. I just thought it added something different and unique to the note and it "spoke" to me. I thought it was neat and yes, there is a definite "paper wave" going on! But I am just going to let it be and enjoy my first "new" large note for now.  |
