Anything featuring The Intimidator is not going to be a coin, just a bullion round. Without a manufacturer's mark or fineness listed, the metal content is anyone's guess. Determining the content of unmarked bullion will require a specific gravity test.

That is the type of coin. Would any body other than the US war time nickels make a coin with a small amount of silver in it?
