Just curious if all these markings/spots on the front and back of this little fella are just considered PMD?

I think they're from corrosion.

Your coin is a mild MAD and has gas bubbles,aka zinc rot.

Zinc rot occurs when the plating is split/pierced and air reaches the zinc underneath. Zinc rot continues after it starts.
