Does anyone here know about a 2001 folder that was issued by both the U.S. Mint and the Royal Canadian Mint that contained both a Sacagawea and a Loonie dollar?

I collect both and this would be a great addition but I can't find any information on it other than it is listed in my Charlton catalog.

I have not seen a folder that has both. I recently picked up a Sac folder. It does have a lot of extra holes if you wanted to use it for both.
