Could you please check out this coin, give the grade, verify its authenticity and put an EBay-type $ value on it?

I do not think that a variety coin exists here.

The obverse is a little better the reverse. It has some damage with the scratches, on the reverse only the last two numbers of the date are visable. Overall I would grade it at VG-10.

Obverse VG; Reverse AG. Looks authentic. Common date. Worth silver value at best.
