In a bulk bag of 1921 BU Morgans, I found a coin with de-lamination (lifted sliver between N and E in the ONE) and many cracks on obverse. Is this a flaw found in these coins, or is this a counterfeit coin? I have pictures, but couldn't upload them for some reason.

Laminations and die cracks can be found on all series of coins.

Laminations are not uncommon on Morgans, and 1921's (like any Morgan) can be found with extensive die cracking. There are times I wonder which is the majority with 1921's - cracked or uncracked versions.

Would it be of any numismatic value?

Depends on how dramatic or interesting-looking it is. :-)
