ihave a few shops that are selling them to me for between 28 and 32 per coin. what are good prices on these coins?

Welcome to Coin Community, silvercoinrn. That's not bad pricing; a Morgan is worth about $25 in silver content alone. If they're in AU condition, even better.

I have had no problem selling morgans/ Peace dollars for $30.00.
