One of two things, struck through or PMD. What does the obverse look like opposite the mark?

Looks like a small piece of wire. Probably from polishing the die that was on it when they start the machine. It happens.

A strike through ... is this a good thing or a bad thing? I put back in one of the rollers thinking it was nothing to think twice about. Should I go find it?
