mvandemark New Member United States 47 Posts	Posted 03/27/2012 12:40 am No. Looking at those photos I'd put it at about AU-55 at best. Nice coin for a roll find, but not MS quality. I do like the steps on the back, but with all the PMD dings and scratches on both sides I can't justify giving it a MS rating. Report this Post to the Staff
