What do you all think? Notice the space between the rim and the letters and below the bust. Thanks all, John1

How does the diameter appear to a normal cent?
Rest in Peace

A broadstrike is struck without the collar so it affects both sides and as Wquinn points out gives you a larger diameter.

Normal in diameter and the reverse is normal to. Isn't there a thing called an in collar broadstrike? Why is there such a wide gap between the rim and the letters and below the bust? Thanks,
John1

I've heard of partial collar and out of collar. Maybe it is a partial collar?

Looks more like a weak strike. The rims are not as strong as a normal struck coin. It looks round like it was in the collar. The devices are there, but not as strong as a regular strike.

That would be a partial collar strike but you will see evidence of that error on the edge-

You can have a partial collar strike but you can't have an in collar broadstrike. The definition of a broadstrike is a coin struck without the collar being present. You can't have a coin struck without a collar, in a collar.
